Anxiety Therapy in Forest Grove, OR

Is This for You?
Anxiety therapy in Forest Grove and online across Oregon, for tweens (10+), teens, and adults who feel worn down by the what-ifs. If your mind races, your chest tightens before things that used to feel easy, or worry has quietly taken the wheel, you are in the right place.
I offer a calm, non-judgmental space where we slow things down and make room for what you are actually feeling. You do not need the words for all of it yet. We can find them together.
Tweens & Teens (10+)
Specialized support for young people navigating identity, relationships, and the complexities of growing up.
Adults
A collaborative space to break old patterns, process experiences, and build the life you envision.
Parents
Guidance and support for parents seeking help for their children or navigating family dynamics.
What It Can Look Like
Racing thoughts
The loop of worst-case thinking that makes it hard to rest or focus.
Physical tension
A tight chest, shallow breath, or a stomach that knots before school, work, or social plans.
Avoidance
Turning down things you care about because dodging the anxiety feels easier than facing it.
Overwhelm
Feeling like everything is urgent and there is never quite enough of you to go around.
How I Can Help
Anxiety is not a character flaw, and you are not broken for feeling it. Together we look at what sets it off and build practical tools you can use in the moment. I draw on mindfulness to help you come back to the present, and on cognitive behavioral therapy to gently question the thoughts that keep the alarm ringing.
Because anxiety rarely travels alone, our work may also touch low mood or pressure from other corners of life. If that fits, depression therapy and work stress and burnout therapy can support the bigger picture. Many people start here and continue with ongoing individual therapy as things settle.
“Every person’s journey is unique. I believe in meeting you where you are and walking alongside you as you discover your own path forward.”
Mindfulness
Learning to stay grounded in the present moment.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Identifying and shifting patterns that no longer serve you.
Expressive Arts
Using creativity to communicate when words aren’t enough.
Motivational Interviewing
Finding the internal spark to make the changes you desire.
Client-Centered Care
You are the expert of your life; I provide the tools and perspective to help you navigate it.
The Investment
Individual sessions are $145 for 45 to 50 minutes. I accept major credit cards through IVY Pay, HSA and FSA cards, cash, and checks, and I am happy to talk through sliding scale options or out-of-network superbills so cost is one less barrier.
The hardest part is often taking the first step in making contact. I am here to help make this process as smooth as possible for you. Let’s first start by seeing if we’re a good fit for your healing journey
