Hi, I'm Jasmine

A Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience supporting teenagers, parents, adults, and families. My approach is deeply client-centered, focused on building a safe, comfortable, and non-judgmental space where you can show up fully and authentically.

My goal is to guide and support you in developing self-love, confidence, and a sense of peace in both mind and body. I offer a welcoming, relational, and realistic approach while integrating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness-Based Approaches, Strengths-Based Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Systemic Family Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS).

I have extensive experience working with high-risk children, teens, and families experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges, including those related to disrupted attachment.

Additionally, having grown up in another country and worked with minority and marginalized communities, I bring cultural awareness, humility, and a holistic lens to the therapeutic process.

Taking the first step toward therapy is not easy — and I honor that. My priority is to create a safe, supportive environment where you can go at your own pace as we process what you’re experiencing and build adaptive coping skills.

I help clients navigate a wide range of concerns, including parenting support, parent-child relationship issues, anxiety, depression, family conflict, peer conflict, behavioral challenges at home or school, emotional dysregulation, communication difficulties, life transitions, stress, trauma, and blended family issues.

To me, success looks like you taking meaningful steps toward healing, gaining the tools to manage challenges, and moving toward the healthy, fulfilling life you want. Together, we will explore your triggers, increase self-awareness, and strengthen the skills needed to manage your thoughts and emotions.
